Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
To request a cancellation or return, please contact us within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must then be posted back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and for ensuring items are securely packaged for return. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations for:
- Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Sale or discounted items unless faulty or not as described
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss the most suitable resolution.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for:
- Items sold as faulty or imperfect
- Damage caused by attempted self-repair or third-party repair
- Mechanical damage, accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear

Jewellery Guarantee
If jewellery purchased from Luna y Sol develops a fault due to workmanship within 6 months of purchase, please contact us so we can discuss the issue and find a suitable solution.
This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
