  • Refunds and cancellations
You have a right to cancel your order. To do so you must notify us within maximum of 14 days from the day your order is delivered. If you decide to cancel the order, items you wish to return must be posted back to me within 14 days from the day of delivery. Buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage and secure packaging (please consider the tracked option to ensure you are covered in case of loss or damage). To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we do not accept refunds and cancellations of custom orders (unless arrive faulty which will be covered in next section), discounted items and earrings. Once your return is received it will be checked for damage and go through approval process for the refund. If the refund is approved you will be contacted to confirm details and refunded with the same method you have paid with.
  • Faulty items
If your items arrive faulty you must contact me immediately (maximum of 7 days from the day of delivery) to discuss the best solution to resolve your case. Please note that I do not accept refunds and cancellations for items bought as faulty, items damaged by trying to repair it by yourself or getting someone else to do it, items with mechanical damage caused from wear and tear or mechanical actions.
  • Guarantees
If the jewellery bought from us breaks (doesn’t include mechanical damage) within 6 months from the day of purchase please contact us to discuss the issue.
