FAQ

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • Do you ship internationally?

We are UK based business and ship anywhere within UK Mainland. If you would like an international shipping you would need to contact us before placing the order so we can discuss the best shipping option for your country and confirm in writing that you are aware that there are additional costs (like customs, taxes, admin fees etc.) that may be added when the parcel arrives in your country and that the buyer is responsible to cover them. This applies to EU and non EU countries.

  • What is the cost of the UK shipping?

I use Royal Mail Tracked options to post your parcels, which allow you to track the parcel and notifies you through text message or email when the delivery is booked.

Parcels up to 2kg can be posted as:

Tracked 48 (usually arrives within 3-4 days) £3.50

Tracked 24 (usually arrives within 2-3 days) £4.50

Parcels over 2kg can be posted as:

Tracked 48 (usually arrives within 3-4 days) £7

Tracked 24 (usually arrives within 2-3 days) £8

  • Do you do free shipping?

Very occasionally I run 'free shipping' limited offers. However I like to be transparent and honest in the way I am running my business and need to point out that shipping is never really 'free' it is always incorporated in to the product price and as much as it doesn't make much difference when you buy one item, it will make a difference (not beneficial to you as the customer) when you purchase multiple items. So I decided to keep my prices fair and transparent, so you know the actual value of the product you pay for and pay only once for shipping!

  • How long does it take to dispatch the order?

Usually it doesn't take longer than 2 working days, however it may be longer during busy times. The longest it ever took us was 4 working days.

  • Is your packaging environment friendly?

We use recyclable materials: cardboard boxes, paper void fillers and paper, gum activated tape. For bigger and heavier orders we also often reuse heavy duty, double walled cardboard boxes, that we receive our deliveries in (so please forgive us if they are not the prettiest on the outside, but I can't get myself to just put them to waste, if I can reuse them!).

The safety of your Crystals is of the most importance to us, so we do carefully wrap each Crystal in the bubble wrap. We reuse the bubble wrap that we receive in our deliveries instead of disposing off it!

It is worth noting that we run our business since 2021 and never needed to purchase any additional wrapping materials. We also often suggest to our customers to ask local small businesses if they need the bubble wrap, so it can be reused even further!

OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are Crystals in your shop natural?

Personally I am not a huge of man made Crystals and very rarely stock them. If I do however it is clearly stated in the description of the stone (towards the top, not hidden in small print somewhere at the bottom).

I also occasionally stock Aura Crystals which are natural Crystals that have been electroplated with precious metals to achieve the aura effect. This is also clearly stated in the description of the product.

  • Where do you source your Crystals?

I work closely with only a few suppliers as it is important for me that the Crystals I source come from trusted sources. Unfortunately the mining industry is not properly regulated and therefore it is not easy to always track every single piece to the source, especially when it comes to huge wholesale companies.

That's why I choose the suppliers I work with very carefully and ask all important questions before I commit to the purchase. Over the last 2 years I have only established good and trusting working relationship with 4 suppliers. One in Bulgaria, one in Brazil, one in China and one in Pakistan.

I love to connect with like minded suppliers who appreciate Crystals as much as I do and one very important criteria for me is to support Family owned wholesale businesses, where the Family vibe can be felt and where I know that the money I spent goes to support these exact people. I also always make sure that my suppliers know where the Crystals come from.

I also go on small Crystal Hunting trips around UK and often give Scottish Jaspers, Quartz, Agates or English Calcites I found myself as freebies on my live sales! Important to note here is that I never dig them out or affect the structure of the rock bed to get them out and only pick what is lying loose in front of me. Scotland never disappoints with the amount of Jaspers, Quartz and Agates that you can find!

  • Are pictures of products edited?

It is very important to me, that the pictures reflect the real appearance of Crystals in the shop. I am a huge believer, that the best way to choose Crystals is by feeling intuitively drawn to them. Therefore I do not edit the colours, saturation and sharpness when I take pictures and even though I use strong white light to make sure you can clearly see structure and patterns I make sure that the final picture reflects exactly what you will receive. But with this please remember that colours might be slightly different due to your own adverse screen settings and this is out of my control.

  • Will I receive exact piece featured in the listing?

I truly believe that it is important, that you are able to pick the exact piece that called you, that's why I have decided to list most of the crystals in the shop individually and allow you to pick the one you like the most. I am personally very picky when it comes to Crystals I choose to live with me, and I need to feel the connection, that's why it was one of the most important things for me when creating an online shop - to allow you to have the same opportunity.

Unfortunately there are Crystals like tumbled stones, mini carvings, cubes and other that would just be impossible for me to photograph individually and have them all numbered and identified to make sure I know which one is which one. All the listings where I will pick the Crystal intuitively for you have it clearly explained in the description.

However, even for those if you would like to pick exact pieces, you can always contact me through my social media before placing the order, so I can send you pictures of the ones available and allow you to choose whichever you feel drawn to, before placing the order!
